E-bill
E-bill is an electronic bill – a Vip bill can only be received electronically:
1. by e-mail on your Vip online address
2. by My Vip service
ISP only customers do not have an option to see the Vip bill via My Vip service for the time being, but they can choose to receive their Vip bill by e-mail to their Vip online address.
E-bill users have the possibility to opt for a paperless billing option, meaning that they will only receive their Vip bill in electronic form, and not by mail as a hard copy (considering the fact that identical information are provided in the paper and electronic version). Customers who activate this option will be rewarded with:
- 240 SMS's (GSM customers and those who combine GSM with ISP)
- 512 MB (users of data tariffs)
How to activate the paperless billing option?
Call the Customer Service by dialing 091 7700 or visit a Vip Center or a Vip partners’ point of sale and request the activation of the paperless billing option. Starting with the following billing period, you will stop receiving your Vip bill by mail as a hard copy.
You will be informed by SMS every time a Vip bill is sent to your Vip online e-mail address or is available via the My Vip service (applies to GSM customers and those who combine GSM & ISP).
Of course, if you want, you can request anytime the deactivation of paperless billing at any time start receiving again your Vip bill by mail as a hard copy.
