As a member of the Telekom Austria Group, Vipnet complies with the highest corporate management standards, which are prerequisite for quality long-term relations with our customers, partners and the competent state administration bodies.
Even though there is no legal obligation to report in accordance with Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), which defines requirements on internal control over financial reporting, Telekom Austria Group recognized the welfare of such reporting and voluntarily kept the internal control system (ICS) compliant with determinants set by Sarbanes-Oxley act. As a part of the group, Vipnet implemented the same internal control system over financial reporting. Effectiveness of the reporting is confirmed annually by external auditor.
Likewise, Vipnet operates in accordance with all the laws and regulations in force in the Republic of Croatia as well as the principles of business ethics and is committed to full transparency in business reporting.
