Who is P3 Communications?
P3 Communications is one of Europe's leading engineering companies based in Germany. They are certified to measure the network quality of telecommunications operators and their services are used by the world's largest telecommunication operators like Vodafone, Telefonica, Telenor, A1 Telekom Austria , to confirm the quality of their networks. P3 conducts studies according to the standards of the European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI), a body of the European Union, recognized by European Commission. ETSI determines telecommunications standards used in the EU, and has 688 members from 55 countries, including Vipnet.
Back in 2005 P3 confirmed the Vip network as the best Croatian network based on their first measurements and analysis of mobile networks.
