All prices include VAT. All calls incur HRK 0.29 call setup fee with the unit price charged in 60 second blocks.

* The above-mentioned monthly fee applies during the first 6 months of the contract for all contracts signed by Feb 29, 2012. After 6 months of promotion, the monthly fee is HRK 100.61.

* The above-mentioned activation fee amount applies to fixed telephony subscription contract signing for 12 or 24 months.

** In case of the subscription contract termination before the expiration of the mandatory contract duration, the user will be charged the amount of Compensation for earlier contract termination multiplied by the number of remaining months of the mandatory contract duration or the fee in the amount of discounts on products and services the user acquired, if the fee is more favorable for the user. In case of subscription termination before the expiration of the mandatory period of 3 months, the user agrees to pay one-time fee for early contract termination multiplied by the number of remaining months of the mandatory contract duration.

The second and third connection

If you have multiple telephone lines with the same name, you can obtain a monthly fee discount for the second and third connecton.
In order to obtain a discount, you need to fill in an application form and attach a copy of the ID card and the last paid bill for the connection you want to obtain a discount for.

Discount can be obtained by:

• Subscribers who have two or three connections, provided that the connections are to the same name regardless of subscriber's address; they pay the regular monthly fee for the first connection, and only for the second and third connection the corresponding discount is applied.
• If the subscriber has 4 or more connections, then the regular monthly fee is paid for the fourth, and only for fifth and sixth connection the corresponding discount is applied.

ISDN connection

ISDN connection is an upgrade on an existing analogue fixed telephone network, which at the same time enables phone calls, surfing the internet, and fax.

On the June 1, 2011 we stopped selling ISDN connections. The same is no longer available to new subscribers for activation, while the existing ISDN subscribers can still use ISDN under current rules and price list.
