After login with your registered Vip username and password your current spending will be displayed on the first page. If you choose Free minutes, SMS/MMS or MB option in the left menu, a new window will open up. That window will display list of used and unused free contents.
My Vip provides you with simple and clear calls and SMS display and all the other services you have used since your last bill up to date.
My Vip service is completely free of charge.
1. Call 091 7700 from your Vip number and you will reach our voice response unit.
2. After the welcome announcement the main menu will be offered to you.
3. Now press 1 and then again 1.

If you want to check TPO and BSP via mobile Internet, connect to the Vodafone live! from your mobile phone. In the bottom of the homepage choose Moj Vip option and then choose My account.

If you want to check TPO via SMS, from your own Vip number send an SMS with a keyword TPO to the phone number 777.
If you want to check BSP via SMS, from your own Vip number send an SMS with a keyword BSP to the phone number 777.

TPO is informative and cannot be used for bill payments.
This stipulated amount does not include monthly fees, radio frequency fee, VAT and all the discounts you earn (including free calls). Also, roaming expenditures (expenditures for using your mobile phone abroad) might not be included, because our roaming partner sends calls data with certain delay. In that case, roaming expenditures will be included in the next bill calculation.
Free minutes, SMS/MMS messages, HRK and MB, apply accordingly to tariff models and options subscribed.
