Vodafone World
Vodafone World is a new, simple and cost-transparent roaming tariff, which applies to all Vip subscribers and users of Vip roaming with a contract.
Outgoing and incoming voice calls and sending of SMS and MMS messages are charged based on the Vodafone World zones. To make it simple, the Vodafone World zones have been defined geographically:
1) Bosnia and Herzegovina,
2) Europe,
3) World.
Charges for outgoing calls are also based on the destination to which the call is directed. The tariff distinguishes three destinations:
a) calls to Croatia and within visited country,
2) calls to Europe,
3) calls to other countries.
The strategic partnership with Vodafone provides Vipnet with an opportunity to offer great benefits to its customers, including favorable roaming tariffs. In Vodafone World’s roaming tariff, calls from Vodafone’s networks and selected Vodafone World’s partners are charged at favorable rates in comparison with calls from other networks within the same Vodafone World zone. This benefit is available in 100 countries worldwide.
Charges for incoming calls and sending SMS and MMS messages are based exclusively on the Vodafone World zone (Bosnia & Herzegovina, Europe, World).

* Russia, Serbia, Montenegro and Kosovo are in the “World” Vodafone World Zone because of very high international call rates from these countries to Croatia.
Vodafone World charges are expressed in kunas per minute and in kunas per sent SMS or MMS message. The quoted rates are inclusive of the VAT. The billing unit for outgoing and incoming calls is 60 sec.
The rate for sending MMS messages applies to MMS GPRS roaming, which can be used in the GPRS roaming partner networks.
If you send or receive an MMS message using the GSM (instead of GPRS) infrastructure of a roaming network, it will be charged extra at the rate for calls to Vip’s network.
The Vodafone World tariff also applies to all calls placed by Vodafone Eurocall users in countries where there is no Vodafone Eurocall partners. It is also valid in countries where there is a Vodafone Eurocall partner for calls to destinations outside the Vodafone Eurocall zone. The users of Vodafone Eurocall still enjoy the benefits of the most favorable roaming tariff.
