Raiffeisenbank Austria d.d.

It is possible to buy Vipme vouchers with valid Cirrus Maestro, EurocardMasterCard and Visa credit cards issued by Croatian (Zagrebačka banka, Privredna banka, Bjelovarska banka, Raiffeisenbank, Riječka banka) or foreign banks and with American Express credit card issued in Croatia or in a foreign country. The buyer does not pay a commission fee for this purchase.

Zagrebačka banka d.d.

You can purchase vouchers using Maestro debit card or EurocardMasterCard credit card issued by Zagrebačka banka d.d. Purchase procedure: Put your card into an ATM, enter your PIN code, choose “GSM bonovi” option, choose the voucher denomination and wait for a voucher printout on an ATM receipt paper. On that piece of paper you will find all the necessary information for your Vipme account recharge. After use, do not throw away the voucher printout. Keep it as a proof of a successful transaction.

You can buy Vipme vouchers at all Erste&Steiermarkische Bank ATMs and also via NetBanking service.

How to purchase Vipme voucher?

• Call the phone number for account recharge (01 4929 090)
• Follow the voice instructions and choose the mobile phone number you want to recharge the account for. That could be yours or anyone else’s Vipme account.
• After the purchase is verified, in the next 30 minutes you will receive SMS message containing 14-digit activation code for the account recharge.

For this purchase, Erste Card Club will charge you in the end of the month, together with all transactions performed during that time period.

It is important to know:
Before you purchase a foreign operator’s voucher, check to see if the designated value voucher is on the list this service supports.
After you purchase the voucher, call Vip Customer Support at +385 91 77 00, press 3 for finances and read the number on the voucher to the Customer Support agent.
Your Vipme account will soon be recharged. This call is free of charge for Vipme roaming users.

The amount added to your account will match HRK equivalent of the purchased voucher reduced for HRK 15. It is because of the administrative costs foreign operator charges. The only exception to that is Italian Vodafone Omnitel voucher because that operator can have higher fees, depending on the voucher value.
