In case you don’t spend the amount on the account in mentioned validity time you will not be able to send calls or SMSs any more. You will be informed when checking your account status.

After Vipme account expiration, customer recharge his Vipme account in the period of following 270 days with new Vipme voucher by calling free of charge number 091 77 88 (Vipme menu). By that customer can again dispose his Vipme account and Vipme service.

In that time, during the following 270 days from the expiration of Vipme account, you will be able to receive calls and SMSs.

In that period, the customer service is at your disposal by calling free of charge number 091 77 00 in case you have any difficulties or questions. If you don’t recharge your account within that period of time, Vipme account, SIM card and user number will be deleted.
