While abroad, you can top up your Vipme account by calling the free phone number 77 88, just like would when you are at home. Remember to take a sufficient number of Vipme vouchers before your trip. If you run out of Vipme vouchers and your account is empty, call your parents or friends in Croatia. They can call Vip Customer Service at 091 77 00 and top up your Vipme account.

When you are in a foreign country and you wish to call a number in Croatia dial international call prefix (+), followed by country prefix (385), city or network prefix (eg. 91, 1, 21, etc.) and phone number:
+385 XX YYYYYYY

If you wish to call another Vipme user, no matter wher (s)he is just dial:
+385 91 YYYYYYY

If you are in a foreign country and you wish to call any number within that country or network, simply dial the number like you are in Croatia: dial international call prefix (+), followed by country prefix (eg. 43 for Austria), city or network prefix (eg. 1 for Wien.) and phone number.

Please note that outgoing calls to foreign providers' added value numbers (offering entertaining, or educative content, etc.) are not possible.

• Calls are always rounded up to a larger number.

• If you want to make a call, a minimum amount required on your Vipme account should be that required for a call taking 60 seconds.

If you travel to the countries which are not in the table above but are listed on the list of Vip roaming partners, in those countries you can use following services: incoming calls, SMS (sending and receiving), MMS (sending and receiving) and data services.

* European countries Russia, Serbia, Montenegro and Kosovo are within Vodafone World Zone "World" because of very high costs of internationals calls from those countries towards Croatia

Vodafone World charges are specified in Kuna per minute and in Kuna per sent SMS or MMS message. The prices are listed including VAT. Charging interval for outgoing and incoming calls is 60 sec. The price for sending MMS message applies to MMS GPRS roaming, which can be used in GPRS roaming partner networks. If you send or receive MMS messages using GSM (instead of GPRS) infrastructure of a roaming partner, that will be charged extra at the price of call to Vip network.

Customers that use Vipme roaming with contract (credit card) have a choice. If you use Vipme roaming with contract and would like to switch to Vipme roaming without contract, you have to request the deactivation of existing Vipme roaming service at Vip point of sale. The request will be processed within a few days. Both forms of Vipme roaming service cannot be used at the same time. You can make your choice for the form that suits you better.
