Vipme is the first one in Croatia to offer roaming service to its prepaid customers - Vipme roaming service, enabling you mobile communication when abroad.
For using Vipme roaming service you need to own an account in a bank with which Vipnet has adequate agreement * or valid American Express, Diners, Eurocard/MasterCard or VISA card. The expenses for using Vipme roaming service are going to be charged to your account or card.
All you need to do is to sign an application form for using Vipme roaming service at Vip point of sale, by providing your personal ID or passport and card details.
Shortly afterwards, you will receive a SMS as a confirmation of Vipme roaming service activation.
You will receive your itemised bill from Vipnet (if you choose Specifikacija poziva on request for using Vipme roaming service) for all the calls made abroad, with notification that your card is going to be charged.
* So far Vipnet has agreements with the following banks: Zagrebačka banka, Splitska banka, Nova banka, Raiffeisenbank Austria, Hrvatska poštanska banka, Erste & Steiermarkische Bank and Kreditna banka Zagreb.
The price of using Vipme roaming service is charged according to prices for using roaming services and depends on the contract signed with an international roaming partner.
The first call using Vipme SIM card needs to be made inside Croatia. The usage of Vipme roaming service is not charged to your Vipme account.
Customers with bank account or Diners Club, Eurocard/MasteCard or VISA card have to sign an additional standing order form.
