What is Vipme?
Vipme is the first prepaid service on the Croatian mobile market. This is a simple way of making and receiving calls: no monthly fees with full control of your expenses. It is ideal for those who do not want to complicate their lives with paperwork and signing a customer contract, but would like to be fully aware of their Vipme account status at any moment.
Vipme + online
Surf on the Internet, talk on your GSM phone at the same time and pay for both services with one bill.
This is how most of users react when we confirm to them the possibility of simultaneous surfing and talking. With Vip online Vip online that is really possible! In the next few steps we will try to explain you how.
Vip online & GSM combination users usually understand as a physical connection (with cable, infrared connection…) between GSM phone and computer. Vip online and GSM service combination means that you will get one bill for both services. You still connect to the Internet over your fixed telephone line.
Vipme users can chose Go product - expenses for both services (Vip online and Vipme) are being charged to the same Vipme/Vip online user account.
Vipme voucher
Vipme voucher is a replacement for the money that you will "invest" on your Vipme user account. Vipme voucher is used to recharge your Vipme account when you spend the amount on the account or you want to extend the period of usage on your account.
You can buy the Vipme voucher at Vipme point of sale. It's value (30, 50, 100, 200 or 400 Kuna) is added on your account by calling free of charge number 091 77 88 or typing the 14-digital number on your mobile phone.
You can also recharge your Vipme account with Vipme voucher with the amount of 150 HRKvia SMS. Purchase of Vipme voucher is also available via e-banking.

Validity period of Vipme voucher
If you recharge your Vipme account with the value of HRK 50, the expiration date is 75 days, and for the recharge with the amounts of HRK 100, 200 and 400 the expiration dates are 150, 225 and 300 days from the moment of activation.
If you had to make some emergency call and you recharged your Vipme account with the value of HRK 30 HRK, after you resolve the emergence, you have the whole 8 days to use remaining amount on the account.
During that period (8, 75, 150, 225 and 300 days) you can communicate (receive and send calls and SMSs) until you spend the amount on your Vipme account. If you spend that amount before expiration of usage, you can still take calls and SMSs in that period on your mobile phone.
In case that there is specific amount of money on your account in the moment of recharging, that money is added to the value of voucher. In that case validity period of accout is taken from the bigger amount you have recharged to your account. For example, if Vipme account, that has been recharged with the value of HRK 100 is recharged with new amount of HRK 50, in the period shorter than 75 days, valid validity period will be the one that goes with the amount of HRK 100.
In case you don’t spend the amount on the account in mentioned time period, you will not be able to send calls or SMSs any more. You will be informed when checking your account status.
After Vipme account expiration, customer recharge his Vipme account in the period of following 270 days with new Vipme voucher by calling free of charge number 091 77 88 (Vipme menu). By that customer can again dispose his Vipme account and Vipme service.
In that time, during the following 75 days from the expiration of Vipme account, you will be able to receive calls and SMSs. After that time, in the period of following 150 days, only SMS receiving SMS is possible.
In that period, the customer service is at your disposal by calling free of charge number 091 77 00 in case you have any difficulties or questions.
If you don’t recharge your account within that period of time, Vipme account, SIM card and user number will be deleted.

Vipme super SIM card
All of our customers have a SIM card (Subscriber Identity Module).
If you still haven't you can replace your Vipme SIM card by a Vipme super SIM card in any of the Vip centers or Vip silver partners. Vipme super SIM card has new advantages - personalized Vipmenu and grater capacity of memory for saving your massages.
Vipme super SIM card is your connection with the Vip network. It allows you to make and receive calls and have those calls charged to your own account. You can use it in every GSM mobile phone because Vipme super SIM card always identifies you to the network.
Blocked, damaged, lost or stolen Vipme super SIM card
Vipme super SIM card has microprocessor chip which stores unique information about you and your security numbers (PIN and PUK). Blocked (because of wrong PIN/PUK number) or damaged (misuse) Vipme super SIM card can be replaced and charged according to valid Vipme price list, and the same user phone number can be kept.
Lost or stolen Vipme super SIM card can be replaced at Vip shops and Vip partners with obligatory Vipme registration and presentation of personal identification card. Mobile phone number as well as Vipme account balance of deactivated SIM card will be retained. Replacement is charged according to the valid Vipme price list.
Vipme roaming users need to inform Customer Service immediately about lost or stolen Vipme SIM card on free phone number 091 77 00.

PIN/PUK numbers
PIN (Personal Identity Number) is used to guard against unauthorized use of your SIM card. PIN is your secret number, and only you should know it. PIN is stated on Vip identification card enclosed to your SIM card. When you first insert your SIM card and switch on your mobile phone, you will be asked to enter your PIN number. The phone cannot be used unless the correct PIN number is entered.
Changing PIN number
If you want to change your PIN number to the one that you can easily remember, please use the menu of your handset or enter these keys:
* * 0 4 * old PIN * new PIN * new PIN #
NOTE: PIN number can contain a maximum of 8 digits.
If you enter a wrong PIN number three times, your SIM card will be blocked and the display of your handset will show: SIM BLOCKED or BLOCKED or CARD BLOCKED or a similar message. For unblocking your SIM card, you need the PUK number (Personal Unblocking Key) which is also noted on "Vip identification card" enclosed to your Vipme Super SIM card.
Unblocking Vipme SIM card
It is as follows:

NOTE: If you know your old PIN number you can enter it instead of a new PIN.
If you cannot locate your PUK number and you did not enter the wrong PUK number 10 times, you can contact Customer service. They will give you your PUK number if you are registered Vipme customer.
If you have entered wrong PUK number 10 times, your SIM card will be unusable. In that case you can replace your SIM card and you will be charged according the Vipme price list. Your number will remain the same.
