Nikola Klisović New Head of Legal Affairs
He gained his experience in the telecommunications sector, among other, as member of the Supervisory Board and representative in the General Meetings of the companies Croatian Telecommunications Mostar and Croatian Post Mostar, and director of the sector for competition and legal and regulatory support to the related companies of HT-Croatian Telecommunications. Robert Hršak, former Head of Legal Affairs of Vipnet, will establish a law office and continue there his so far successful career that he started at Vipnet since the very beginning of the company.
Nikola started his career in 2000 in the Cirkveni Law Firm, and in 2003 he joined HT-Croatian Telecommunications and took up the position of Assistant to the Director of the sector for regulatory affairs. From 2005 to July 2009, he held the position of director of the sector for competition and legal and regulatory support to related companies. In addition, in 2008 he took up the position of commissioner for the compliance of the operations of the T-HT Group with internal and external regulations.
From 2006 to November 2009, he was member of the Supervisory Board and representative in the General Meetings of HT Mostar and the Croatian Post Mostar, where he was responsible for the drafting of key internal regulations and corporate governance, as well as for the shareholder agreements. He also participated in the supervision of the implementation of the business plan and in the negotiations in the fields of corporate governance and privatization. He played a major role in the integration of mobile and fixed operations. Nikola was born in 1976 in Zagreb and graduated at the Law School of the University of Zagreb.
