              MultiSIM

              Do you use several mobile devices, such as PDA or BlackBerry, besides your mobile phone? Are you fed up with the constant need to joggle between different numbers and bills, and with complications related to different call specifications?

              Then MultiSIM is the right solution for you, because with MultiSIM your daily acrobatics with various devices are gone since MultiSIM makes it possible for you to use up to three mobile devices with one single number, to receive one bill and have one contract!

              By activating the MultiSIM service with your main SIM Card you will receive two additional SIM Cards and actually have the opportunity to receive and make calls or receive and send SMS and MMS by using one single number on up to three mobile devices. Additionally, you can take advantage of all the benefits of the Vip voice tariff models as well as the options activated on all three devices.

              You have to admit, MultiSIM is a great solution for easier communication just as you like it, and it is available to all Vip subscribers!

              MultiSIM in roaming

              When in roaming, all incoming calls, SMS and MMS will be received according to the selected designated state. With outgoing calls, the calling party will see the "original" number of the additional SIM Cards. A return call to that "original" number is not possible, and an announcement will be played instructing the caller to call you on your main number.

              Terms and Conditions

              Terms of Use for the MultiSIM service

               

              1. The subject of these Terms of Use is the MultiSIM service that allows use of up to three SIM cards but with only a single prepaid number. This provides Vip users with the opportunity, besides using their main SIM card, of using two additional SIM cards assigned a prepaid number identical to the main SIM number.

              2. Subscribers of this service many be persons or legal entities. The service is available only to Vip subscribers who use Vip voice tariff models. The service is not available to Vipme users.

              3. The MultiSIM package contains two additional SIM cards, with users able to use one or both of the additional SIM cards.

              4. In order to use the MultiSIM service, a one-off HRK 91.00 activation fee is charged for the first monthly invoice following activation of the MultiSIM service. An additional HRK 50.00 monthly fee is charged to the monthly invoice for use of the service, starting with the first month following activation of the MultiSIM service.

              5. It is not possible to activate the MultiSIM service for those users who have activated the Card+ service. The user must first deactivate the Card+ service in order to be able to use the MultiSIM service.

              6. For MultiSIM users who have activated a Mobile Broadband data service on their Vip voice tariff model, the monthly fee for using the Mobile Broadband data service is charged at the full amount.

              7. Any abuse of the MultiSIM service in terms of the service subscriber ceding the additional MultiSIM cards to third parties shall be deemed a valid reason for deactivating the MultiSIM service and as such termination of the subscriber agreement.

              8. Vipnet maintains the right to make amendments to the Terms of Use for the MultiSIM Service and shall notify users by publishing such changes on the www.vipnet.hr website or by other appropriate means.

              9. The General Terms of Conditions issued by VIPnet d.o.o. apply to other issues relating to the use of telecommunications services provided by VIPnet d.o.o as well and to business relations between VIPnet d.o.o. and its users. The General Terms and Conditions issued by VIPnet d.o.o. are available at any authorised Vip retail store and may be found on the www.vipnet.hr website.

              User guide

              MultiSIM is an easy-to-use service; all you need to do is to insert additional SIM Cards in the additional devices that you wish to use, and MultiSIM service is ready for use.

              How to distinguish the main SIM Card from additional ones?

              Additional cards that you get with a MultiSIM package are marked "mSIM". Additionally, when you insert your additional cards in mobile devices, the "mSIM" mark will appear on the device display together with the indication of the mobile network. This is how you can distinguish your main SIM Card from your additional ones.

              Please bear in mind that the "mSIM" mark on your mobile device display does not depend on the selected designation state for calls, SMS and MMS.

              Device designation for incoming calls, SMS and MMS

              To additionally adjust the MultiSIM service to your needs, you can select the device on which you want to receive incoming calls, SMS and MMS. You can do this by sending a blank SMS, as follows:

              • If you want to receive all incoming calls, SMS and MMS on all active devices, send a blank SMS to 786 from any device. This is the initial service setup upon activation.
              • If you want to receive incoming calls on all active devices, and SMS and MMS only on your main device (device with your main SIM Card), send a blank SMS to 787 from any device.
              • If you want to receive incoming calls, SMS and MMS exclusively on one device, send a blank SMS to 789 from the device you want to designate.

              Upon completion of the designation, you will receive a confirmation SMS on your device. The designation will not be completed until you receive this SMS.

              Receiving incoming calls, SMS and MMS on all active devices

              Making a call, sending SMS and MMS

              Regardless of the selected designation state, you can make outgoing calls and send SMS and MMS from any given device.

              Subsequent calls

              It is not possible to have two subsequent outgoing voice calls, but it is possible to have one active voice call on one device and active data call on another device, i.e. while using the other device to download e-mails from you BlackBerry.

              Activated tariff models and options

              The tariff model activated on your main card is also activated on your additional cards. All benefits that you use on you main card can also be used on your additional cards.

              Additional services

              Any additional services activated on your main card are also activated on your additional cards, but bear the following in mind:

              • when buying content, Melodies or Pictures for instance, the requested content will be delivered exclusively to the device used to request it;
              • when using services such as Vip parking or m-transport (‘m-prijevoz’), the confirmation message for paid parking or tramway tickets will be delivered exclusively to the device used to request the service.

              Additional services that need an mPIN authentication can only be used from the main device.

              Additional notes

              In the event that your main card is temporarily disconnected or deactivated for reasons described in the Terms & Conditions of Vipnet d.o.o., your additional MultiSIM Cards will also be temporarily disconnected or deactivated. Any breach of the MultiSIM Terms & Conditions will be considered as a valid reason to deactivate the MultiSIM service and also to deactivate the subscription.

The price of the MultiSIM package will be charged to the customers in the sales outlets.
