Using standing orders

When choosing to make payments using standing order, waiting in queues, paying additional surcharges and worries about paying invoices on time are a thing of the past. A monthly bank statement (financing institutions) informs you of your credit card debt (invoice), and Vipnet issues an original call-itemised invoice (only if you requested this service). You can settle you monthly invoices using a standing order and receive the benefits of free access to Vip infoblic SMS and Vip infoblic MMS categories.

If when requesting a standing order you were eligible for special benefits when purchasing a mobile telephone, we kindly request that you ensure adequate funds are available on your account for executing the standing order. Otherwise, your standing order will be terminated and you’ll be charged a fee on account of early termination of the standing order, in accordance with the conditions of use applying to the promotional offer for the respective mobile unit.
The service relating to setting up a standing order may be sought at any Vip centre, Vip partner retail stores, including bank branches or financial institutions. Vip users may request a permanent payment order for paying Vip invoices using:

• credit cards such as Diners (issued in Croatia), American Express (excluding student, shopping and start cards), MasterCard or Visa credit cards.

Current accounts, giro accounts or foreign currency accounts for persons opened in the Republic of Croatia

If you’ve opened an account in Volksbank, a standing order may be requested only in Volksbanka branch offices by signing a request form and providing proof of card possession and the most recent Vip invoice.
