Vipme bonus
What?
Vipme bonus is an award to the most loyal Vipme customers in form of additional credit on the Vipme account.
If you have been using your Vipme telephone number for at least 4 months and you recharge your Vipme account with minimum 100 kn each month, you can expect the Vipme bonus as early as the next month.
To receive the Vipme bonus, you have to register for the Vipme bonus programme.
You can register by sending a SMS message with the wording BONUS to 111, by calling the customer service centre, or by visiting a Vip centre or a Vip partner.
All Vipme customers can enrol for the Vipme bonus programme!
The longer you have been a Vipme customer, the higher will be the Vipme bonus you will be entitled to.

The amount of Vipme bonus differs depending on whether you are a registered or a non-registered Vipme customer:

Monthly recharged amount is the sum of all Vipme vouchers used to recharge your Vipme account in a calendar month for which Vipme bonus is granted. This credit also includes vouchers of certain Vodafone partners that you used to top up your Vipme account while abroad.
Number of months as Vipme customer is the total number of months you have been using the Vipme telephone number for which you are receiving the Vipme bonus.
To whom?
Vipme bonus is granted to all Vipme customers who have been using their Vipme telephone number for at least 4 months and add minimum 100 kn to their Vipme account each month, provided they have enrolled for the Vipme bonus programme.
You can terminate enrolment from the Vipme bonus programme by sending a SMS message with the wording - BONUS to 111.
